• Experience in multi-discipline engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects with strategic impact and ensure delivery of customer-ready outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end project processes: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, including schedule, budget, scope, and risks.
• Produce clear project reports and presentations for internal/external audiences.
