Job summary

TechnologyIT&S Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives in the BP ecosystem. You will drive end-to-end delivery, apply agile practices, and collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure data integrity and user-centric product development.

The role requires 10+ years of project management experience, deep knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, and strong change leadership. Hybrid work arrangements and travel up to 10% are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects from inception to value realization.
• Champion agile practices across teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on benefits realization for project programs.
• Oversee configuration management and asset control across initiatives.
• Collaborate with data architects/engineers on data design and management strategies.
• Guide design thinking to address user needs and product development.
• Direct digital innovation programs to enhance operations and customer experience.
• Oversee the digital product management lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Influence senior leadership to gain buy-in and drive change.
• Lead portfolio management activities including prioritization and risk.
• Oversee software design/development lifecycles and system design.
