Job summary

Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking an IT/Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and dependencies across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure, coordinating across business, technical, and vendor teams. The role requires 5+ years PM experience, strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Microsoft Project/Planner and Jira, and a PMP is nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations.
• Proven ability managing multiple concurrent projects across applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Planner and Jira.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Degree preferred; however, equivalent experience such as military background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance processes, and decision-making activities.
• Monitor project financials, report on variances, and elevate issues as needed.
• Lead change management and ensure projects adhere to governance standards and best practices.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans to meet evolving project needs.
