Job summary

Tusker is seeking a Project Manager (Client Delivery) to lead client-facing IT initiatives from kickoff through successful delivery in a hybrid setting across Hudson, MA and Downers Grove, IL.

You will manage plans, budgets, milestones, and cross-functional teams, while maintaining client satisfaction and governance. A strong background in MSP or professional services and PMP/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years managing client-facing IT projects in MSP/consulting/professional services.
• End-to-end project ownership with strong client satisfaction focus.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients preferred.
• Background at an IT solution provider (MSP/VAR) strongly preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Smartsheet proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope results.
• Act as primary client contact, guiding decisions and building trust.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive execution.
• Identify risks and changes, maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Govern projects with status reporting, issue resolution, and change control.
• Oversee onboarding and transition to managed services post-delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Maintain project data for forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.
• Contribute to PM best practices and delivery methodologies.
