Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking a Technology Programs Associate to provide tier 1 and advanced hardware/software support for College of Law faculty, staff and students. You will collaborate with College of Law teams and NU ITS service managers to deliver timely IT services and support campus IT initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate degree in technology or computing; 6+ months IT support experience.
At least 1 year in a customer-service oriented role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Provides tier 1 and specialized hardware/software support for College of Law faculty, staff and students.
Collaborates with College of Law teams and NU ITS service managers to deliver timely, high-quality IT services and support campus initiatives.
Develops and leads College of Law technology initiatives around data security and artificial intelligence.
Quickly becomes familiar with University systems and services; works under pressure in a professional office setting.
