Responsibilities include advising on security configurations, administering system processes, and providing first-tier tech support for desktop and security equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2 years of sysadmin experience.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop/server products, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage UNL Police servers, desktop computing systems, and security systems.
• Provide expert advice on security system configuration and design; administer processes for all systems.
• Provide first-tier technical assistance for all systems, including desktop equipment, access control, and CCTV.
