Pinnacle Environmental Management Support, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology and Product to own strategy, roadmap, policy, and the lifecycle for proprietary systems.

This role leads a small internal team and strong external partners, shaping how technology enables environmental services clients and internal operations. The position requires seven+ years in tech roles with leadership experience, plus a track record in managing vendors and delivering end-to-end development cycles.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in technology, product or business-systems roles.
• At least three years leading people, vendors or a portfolio of work.
• Directed a managed services provider, development vendors or partners.
• Working fluently across Microsoft 365, data and reporting, business apps, cloud and security.
• Owned technology strategy, roadmap or policy before.
• Clear written and spoken communication with executives, practitioners and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own technology strategy, roadmap and policy for Pinnacle.
• Lead lifecycle from requirements to release with internal team and partners.
• Manage budget, security posture and vendor relationships to optimize returns.
• Collaborate with leadership and owners to align technology with client needs.
