Premier, Inc. is seeking a Product Director to own a major product line or several smaller lines, acting as the Voice of the Customer and the Face of the Product.

You will ensure customer needs shape product strategy and align with corporate plans while coordinating with internal teams across marketing, sales, and education. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts, drive market requirements, and partner with the Technical Product Director to deliver roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• SAFe certification a plus.
• Product management and leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and technology environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap; represent Voice of the Customer internally and Face of the Product externally.
• Direct staff leadership, performance reviews, and resource allocation; manage cross-functional teams to deliver product plans.
