The PD serves as the face of the product and coordinates with marketing, sales, and education teams. The role includes leading Technical Product Managers and business analysts, shaping strategy and roadmaps, and driving product marketing, launches, and adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• SAFe certification a plus.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in a technology environment.
• Software development lifecycle experience.
• Project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as product owner, champion for a larger or multiple product lines; own strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer internally and communicate customer needs in product requirements and plans.
• Act as the Face of the Product externally; engage with customers and stakeholders to communicate direction and value.
• Lead product marketing and customer interaction activities supporting strategy and business goals.
• Directly manages Technical Product Managers, Portfolio Business Analyst, System Analyst, and other staff; hiring, performance reviews, and coaching.
