Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Director of Technology Programs to oversee a diverse portfolio of internal and customer‑facing technology initiatives. You will drive product roadmaps, governance, release excellence, and cross‑functional execution across multiple digital platforms and future technology initiatives.

The role reports to executive technology leadership with high visibility across the organization, offering a pathway to shape long‑term technology strategy and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology program management, software product management, project management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience leading Agile and/or hybrid software development initiatives.
• Background managing software releases, UAT, production readiness, and cross-functional technology projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of software, mobile application, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Own product roadmaps, priorities, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery success metrics.
• Establish and strengthen SDLC governance, release management, testing, UAT, and deployment standards.
• Drive accountability across internal teams, executive stakeholders, vendors, and offshore development partners.
• Facilitate executive-level communication, steering committee discussions, and portfolio reporting.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable development initiatives.
