Earth Finance is seeking a Director or Vice President of Technology to lead our growing tech team from Seattle, WA. This hands-on leader will drive the technology strategy, balance innovation with operational rigor, and ensure secure, scalable product platforms and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership with at least 5 years managing a diverse technology portfolio.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud architecture and administration.
• Proven software development and system architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Platform Engineering, DevOps/SRE practices and QA.
