Job summary

Point Foundation seeks a visionary Sr. Director, Technology & Systems to build the technology foundation for its next growth chapter.

You will own the multi-year roadmap, guide investments, and advise leaders across Program and Development on the right tools to accelerate work and ensure security. You will lead AI adoption, staff training, and change management while coaching direct reports and aligning technology with Point’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technology leadership, including 3-5 years at a senior/director level in nonprofit or growth-stage org.
• CRM platforms experience (Salesforce/Blackbaud) and cloud tools (Microsoft 365).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools with adoption and risk management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead technology strategy cross-functionally and manage vendors/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data governance, CRM strategy, and cybersecurity across departments.
