Alvarez and Marsal seeks a Director – Product & Technology for the Technology Industry Group in Private Equity to lead product strategy and drive value through tech-enabled transformations. You will partner with PE sponsors to optimize roadmaps, architecture, and SDLC across the deal lifecycle.

The role requires 9–14+ years in product leadership within software or hardware, with deep cloud and data architectures, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 9–14+ years in roles such as Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Director of Product or R&D Lead.
• Exposure to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or related M&A is a bonus.
• Experience building or evaluating product roadmaps and aligning engineering spend with goals.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork to deliver high‑quality features on time.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern cloud architecture and SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC, DevOps, and related tooling.

Responsabilités

• Assess product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio to align with objectives and markets.
• Complete product feature parity assessments and develop integration strategies for M&A.
• Evaluate team structures and processes to improve collaboration, agility, and scale.
• Analyze KPIs, OKRs, and analytics to measure product impact and ROI.
• Conduct market analysis and customer feedback reviews to validate product-market fit.
