Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager on the Specialty Pharmacy Digital Patient Innovation team to lead digital priorities across patient experiences, the order journey, cart and checkout, and cost/coverage workflows. You will define problems, build business cases, and drive roadmaps with cross-functional partners.

The role demands 5+ years in healthcare strategy or product management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consolidate operational data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Complete discovery efforts and clearly define problems to solve within the Specialty digital patient journey.
• Build detailed business cases for new or enhanced digital capabilities using data to ensure patient and business value.
• Define high-level North Star experience based on validated problems to solve.
• Help prioritize capabilities among other digital efforts across the business unit.
• Partner with digital product, engineering, design, legal/compliance, IT and operations to gain alignment.
• Provide leadership readouts pre- and post-production to gain alignment and feedback.
• Monitor data, insights, and customer feedback to guide next steps for in-flight digital products.
