Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to serve as the business-facing operational lead for Deployment Solutions IT. You will own intake, governance, process design, onboarding readiness, knowledge management, change management, and adoption outcomes.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, develop playbooks, support client onboarding, measure adoption, and partner with application and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, operations, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years in tech business analysis, operations, onboarding, or service delivery.
• 3+ years documenting processes and coordinating requirements.
• 5+ years of strong written communication and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office and process documentation tools.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow and knowledge management or collaboration tools.
• 2+ years with Concur, Salesforce, Veeva, D365 or similar.
• Ability to modernize legacy processes using AI, automation, and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Deployment Solutions IT intake model and governance artifacts.
• Design repeatable IT processes and publish SOPs and playbooks.
• Gather client requirements and lead onboarding readiness reviews.
• Create change-management and adoption materials and measure usage.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and clients to ensure successful deployments.
