Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent: extensive experience in managed care, prescription benefits, medical billing, reimbursement or pharmacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible to schedule and support program needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and direct workflow, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure KPI compliance and adherence to client contracts.
• Develop policies and procedures and identify operational improvements.
• Coach and develop direct reports; conduct team meetings and 1:1s.
• Act as escalation point for customer complaints and interface with clients on performance.
