Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior D365 Business Analyst to lead as a functional SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a PMA focus. You will translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions and drive design, configuration, testing, upgrades, and production support.

You will partner with Finance, Project Accounting, Operations, and technology teams to optimize project accounting processes, GL/AR/AP integration, and reporting while contributing to continuous improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with D365 PMA is required.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and integration with core Finance processes.
• Experience with functional analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Experience working with external implementation or managed service partners is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior functional SME for D365 PMA, providing guidance on functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess processes, identify gaps, and design scalable D365 solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project accounting processes including setup, contracts, funding, budgets, costing, billing, and close.
• Ensure effective integration of PMA with GL, AR, AP, procurement, and reporting.
• Lead SIT, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT, including test planning and defect management.
• Provide senior-level production support and issue resolution for complex functional issues.
