Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a D365 Business/Functional Analyst to translate business needs into functional solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management. You will partner with stakeholders and implementation partners for requirements, testing, releases, and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end functional design, configuration, and production support within a live ERP setting, including month-end and year-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP Business / Functional Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations, must include Project Accounting module.
• Proven experience in upgrades, testing, and UAT for enterprise ERP systems.
• Experience providing production support in a live ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs with Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and support D365 F&O modules with standard functionality.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and release readiness across ERP workstreams.
• Provide day-to-day ERP support including issue triage and data corrections.
