Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in application, server, or network support
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred
• Associate degree in technology field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to incidents, outages, and performance alerts.
• Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
• Monitor servers, storage, backup, OS, and core applications.
• Document actions per company policies and procedures.
• Notify customers and third-party providers of issues and remediation status.
