Job summary

Brobston Group in Nutley, NJ is seeking an experienced IT Application Support professional to sustain and enhance the Workforce Management platform and related retail technology solutions across the U.S. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to maintain systems, resolve issues, and deliver improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 4+ years in IT application support, systems operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and participating in implementations or improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Summary

Supports and enhances the global Workforce Management platform and other retail technology solutions, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. Partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to maintain systems, resolve issues, and deliver improvements and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing operation of retail technology platforms.
• Provide operational and technical guidance on store systems and applications while meeting service-level objectives.
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and store rollouts with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing, maintain requirements and support documentation, and deliver user training.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, resolve incidents, and support store implementations through site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT application support, systems operations, technology delivery, or a related role.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and participating in implementations, enhancements, integrations, or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with workforce management, HR systems, retail technology, SQL, scripting, Microsoft 365, Jira, and collaboration tools is beneficial.
