Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
- 4+ years in IT application support, systems operations, or related roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and participating in implementations or improvements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing operation of retail technology platforms.
- Provide operational and technical guidance on store systems while meeting SLAs.
- Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and store rollouts with vendors and teams.
- Participate in testing, maintain requirements, and deliver user training.
