ProSync is seeking a passionate Technical Instructor/Course Developer to support lifecycle readiness by developing, maintaining, and delivering high‑quality technical training that enhances workforce capability across multiple operational and support environments. This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and sustaining mission‑ready performance by ensuring personnel receive accurate, current, and effective instruction. The instructor plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and adapting training content as requirements evolve.
Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and maintain technical curriculum across multiple subject areas, including electronics, welding, equipment operation, system maintenance, or other specialized technical subjects.
- Use computer‑based tools to organize and develop curriculum, break down complex topics into structured learning modules, create supporting graphics, and integrate materials into instructor‑led, computer‑based, simulator‑based, or interactive courses.
- Deliver short technical courses to maintain instructional proficiency, evaluate training effectiveness, and support the introduction of new techniques or technologies.
- Update existing courses with new content, develop examples and application scenarios, maintain professional classroom practices, and apply alternative teaching methods to sustain engagement and comprehension.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement by conducting test analysis, revising assessment items, and ensuring training materials remain aligned with evolving operational requirements, regulatory expectations, and mission needs.
- Identify performance gaps and help ensure personnel are prepared to meet technical and operational demands across diverse environments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of general experience in technical instruction, curriculum development, or related training support activities.
- Ability to develop, revise, and maintain technical curriculum across multiple subject areas, including electronics, mechanical systems, or other specialized technical fields.
- Experience using computer‑based tools to structure curriculum, create graphics, and organize instructional materials into clear, modular learning units.
- Capability to deliver instructor‑led or computer‑based training in accordance with approved curriculum, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and learner engagement.
- Familiarity with developing alternative teaching techniques, scenarios, and examples to support diverse learning needs and maintain student motivation.
