Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager of Technology & Digital Transformation to oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtual servers, and technology service providers while leading digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and experience implementing enterprise systems, including ERP solutions such as Sage, while identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Networking & IT Infrastructure: Oversee enterprise networks, LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, VLANs, routing, servers, and cloud environments.
• Cybersecurity: Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including network security, access controls, vulnerability management, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Virtual Servers: Manage virtualized server environments, including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, virtual machines, backups, and system availability.
• Systems Implementation: Lead the evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, including ERP systems such as Sage.
• Artificial Intelligence & Automation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor IT personnel, manage technology projects and budgets, and collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, technology operations, systems implementation, or related areas.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and virtual server environments.
• Experience managing third-party technology vendors and IT service providers.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations, integrations, or technology transformation projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Sage, and their integration with business operations.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and their practical business applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sage ERP or comparable enterprise management systems.
• Network security, firewall management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting technology operations within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, PMP, or ITIL.
