Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking experienced consultants to join the Digital & Technology Services team. The role focuses on technology-enabled transformation, IT strategy and operating models, and complex program management, delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

You will partner with executives, assess current environments, and craft pragmatic roadmaps while leading workstreams and client relationships throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 4–8+ years in management or technology consulting, or related field.
• Experience with leading consulting firms is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech challenges into actionable strategies.
• Proven project and program management across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate into strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models for improvements.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment to execution.
• Manage client deliverables, executive presentations, and day-to-day relationships.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
