Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking experienced consulting professionals for its Digital & Technology Services team. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable strategies, assess current-state technology environments, and develop pragmatic roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.

You will lead workstreams, manage complex transformations, and deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 4–8+ years in management/technology consulting or related field.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop structured recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Experience building executive-level presentations and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate challenges into strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models.
• Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Structure analyses and present clear executive recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and day-to-day relationships.
• Collaborate across business and technology to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to growth of the DTS practice through thought leadership and mentorship.
