Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month contract. You will drive delivery across multiple initiatives, align with strategic roadmaps, manage scope, budgets, and risks, and lead teams with strong stakeholder communication and Agile practices.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, Jira usage, and experience with MS 365, SQL, and analytics tools. Banking/finance exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage business requirements and expectations across concurrent projects.
• 3+ years in technology project management or delivery of internal application development.
• Experience with Agile development, project execution, and change management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong business analysis capability and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology project delivery, Agile practices, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive strategic and hands-on delivery to achieve on-time, within-budget outcomes aligned to long-term technology strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of products and services at functional and data levels within business domains.
• Exposure to DevOps culture and CI/CD practices, with ability to support integration and deployment activities.
• Experience contributing to application development based on provided designs.
• Reporting experience and familiarity with MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with BAC tools PPRT and PMMT for program and project management, and PCM for financials.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or PMP.

Start Details & Work Arrangement

Start: ASAP. Target start 2-4 weeks after offer, aligned to a specific business start date.

Hybrid schedule. Minimum three days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.
