Job summary

United Community Center seeks a Technology & Data Assistant to support Early Learning technology systems across sites. You will implement, monitor, and train staff on applications, assist with attendance, enrollment, meal counts, and reporting, and troubleshoot access for teachers, staff, and families.

Join a collaborative team, work with Licensing and Compliance, and provide backup admin support for licensing, monitoring, and program operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with technology, data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and support multiple technology platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and monitoring Early Learning technology systems across sites.
• Provide training and technical support to teachers, staff, and families.
• Support attendance, enrollment, meal counts, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain and distribute simple guides and resources for system use.
• Communicate issues and data concerns to Licensing and Compliance and leadership.
