Neighborhood House is seeking an Early Learning Systems Coordinator to support OCCA/CCIP operations in Portland, OR. The role combines administrative duties with data management, scheduling, and event support to help deliver responsive services to members.

The position mainly works in-office with virtual components, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated administrative and clerical experience, including scheduling and meeting support.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets and databases with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort using Zoom and comparable collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.

Responsabilidades

• ADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT: Coordinate team calendars, schedule meetings, and manage communication logistics.
• MEMBERSHIP PROCESSING & SUPPORT: Process and track membership applications, maintain records, and respond to inquiries.
• DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING: Maintain records, generate summary reports, and support data quality checks.
• LOGISTICAL SUPPORT: Organize materials, support trainings/events, and handle small purchases and reimbursements.
• WEBSITE & COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT: Assist with basic website updates and post-event uploads; assist with social media logistics.
• GENERAL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend required meetings, maintain professional communication, and support organizational policies.
