Job summary

NYC Carpenters Training Center seeks a Technology Operations Coordinator to support and advance technology, data, communications, digital learning, and operations. You will manage digital platforms, support technology-enabled processes, and develop reporting, working with leadership and staff to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Reporting to the Information Technology Department, you will translate needs into practical tech solutions while supporting standards and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 2+ years in tech, digital platforms, or data reporting.
• Experience managing websites or CMS.
• Ability to translate operational needs into tech solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Training Center website and digital platforms, ensuring content accuracy and current state; monitor performance and user activity.
• Oversee digital communications across email, text, social media, and websites; plan content and monitor analytics.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and operational analytics to support decision-making.
• Provide on-site tech support and training for staff and students; manage access and applications.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate tech projects with IT and stakeholders.
