Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client. You’ll oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code applications, and budgeting for the program.

You will balance talent assignments, drive AI-driven efficiency, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring governance and security across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps).
• Experience with dashboards/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strategic mindset to develop innovative methods with broad business impact.
• Operational experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation in project environments.
• Soft skills: strong organizational ability and stakeholder persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the team delivering tech, AI, data analysis and reporting to meet client SLAs.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Manage ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Develop AI tools to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise low-code apps and data pipelines for apps.
• Resource Management: Balance capacity and assignments to meet deadlines within scope.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Ensure security, compliance, and scalability across offerings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical solutions for clients.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members and model CBRE RISE values.
• Policy & Process: Influence internal procedures and design of methods.
