Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle of reporting, data pipelines, and low-code applications, balancing talent and budgeting for the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps).
• Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with the Google technology stack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct the production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards that support the corporate real estate data management practice.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive the development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications (e.g., Google AppSheet).
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to ensure competing customer needs are met on time and within scope.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology implemented across the service offering, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members to develop expertise in technical disciplines.
