Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager in Providence, RI to lead a team delivering technology, data management and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development and AI-driven tools while managing budgeting and stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and data dashboards.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Data & Analytics Oversight: Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive AI tool development to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Application Development: Supervise low-code apps (e.g., Google AppSheet); manage data pipelines.
• Resource Management: Balance team capacity to meet competing client needs on time.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Technology Governance: Ensure compliance, security, and scalability across services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients; primary tech contact.
• Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members; model CBRE RISE values; manage expectations.
• Policy & Process: Apply knowledge to design better methods; influence internal procedures.
