Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a team delivering comprehensive technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development, and AI-driven tools, balancing talent and budgeting to meet client needs.

You will drive AI strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring security and scalability across the service ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology program management or data operations.
Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., AppSheet, PowerApps).
Proven experience with dashboards and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
Strategic mindset to develop innovative methods with broad business impact.
Operational skills in financial forecasting and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account.
Direct production of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards for CRE data management.
Drive AI tool development to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervise design and maintenance of low-code applications and their data pipelines.
Balance team capacity and talent assignments to meet client needs on time and within scope.
Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Govern technology across the service offering to ensure security and scalability.
Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Coach team members to develop technical expertise and align with CBRE values.
