Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. You will oversee end-to-end reporting, data pipelines, low-code app development, and AI-driven efficiency tools.

In this role, you will balance talent assignments, forecast and manage budgets, ensure governance, and collaborate with partners to translate business needs into technical solutions while mentoring team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps).
• Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strategic mindset to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions with broad business impact.
• Operational experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to persuade senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team delivering technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards supporting corporate real estate data management.
• Drive development of AI tools to improve service efficiency and modernize workflows.
• Supervise low-code app development and manage data pipelines and reporting structures.
• Balance team capacity to meet competing client needs on time and within scope.
• Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Govern technology across the service offering ensuring compliance and security.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and model CBRE values while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Design internal procedures and influence process improvements.
