System One, Lafayette, LA, is seeking a Technology Communications Lead to craft executive communications for AI, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives. You will translate complex updates into messaging for senior leaders and create executive dashboards, timelines, and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience crafting executive communications and reporting for technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
• Excellent business writing, editing, storytelling, and information synthesis skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and leadership materials.
• Strong data visualization for dashboards, timelines, and operating models.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and tech concepts into business messaging.
• Working knowledge of AWS/cloud terminology; deep hands-on engineering experience not required.
• Experience supporting enterprise tech programs in regulated environments.
• Comfortable with senior executives, SMEs, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supporting governance forums, steering committees, or PMO reporting.
• Prior consulting or experience producing board-level communications is preferred.

Overview

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with executive communications and executive level reporting for technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
• Excellent business writing, editing, storytelling, and information synthesis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including executive presentations and visually polished leadership materials.
• Strong data and information visualization skills, including executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, operating models, and conceptual graphics.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and technology concepts into business focused messaging for senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of AWS/cloud environments and terminology; deep hands on AWS engineering experience is not required.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology programs in financial services, Fortune 500, or other highly regulated organizations.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives, technical SMEs, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills in a fast paced, matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting governance forums, steering committees, operating reviews, or enterprise PMO reporting.
• Prior consulting experience or experience producing C suite/board level communications is strongly preferred.
