Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented Project Manager, Change & Technology to support technology initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business operations. You will liaise between business and IT teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing technology projects or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, maintaining consistency, organization and pay close attention to detail.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and integrations.

Responsibilities
