Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Director of Community Resources to lead innovative programs and strategic initiatives that grow the organization and better serve the community. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to turn ideas into action, improve operations, and launch new initiatives with lasting impact.

Ideal candidates have 5-10+ years in program management or operations leadership and hold a Bachelor's degree, with MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5-10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or operations leadership.
Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives ensuring they are effectively managed and positioned for success.
Lead special projects, pilot programs, and new initiatives that support the organization's goals.
Help decide which projects should move forward, grow, change, or end based on organizational needs.
Track progress using reports, metrics, and dashboards, and share updates with leadership.
Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
