Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience managing technical projects for a multi-site enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management preferred; equivalent combination will be considered.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Experience managing system testing plans for new systems or upgrades.
• Hybrid on-site schedule, typically 3 days per week in New Century, KS.
• Occasional travel (<10%) to other facilities for meetings or go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand and define project scope and outcomes.
• Drive project teams to achieve aggressive but achievable timelines.
• Create and update project plans and documentation; hold teams accountable.
• Provide regular, professional project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead update meetings with stakeholders and project team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to define project scope and ensure alignment.
• Control scope and approve changes per process; implement delivery best-practices.
• Champion teamwork, partnership, and accountability within the project team.
• Oversee testing activities and training plans to ensure adoption of new systems.
