Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Change Management & Communications in New Jersey (Raritan) to lead change programs for major technology initiatives. You will translate complex IT priorities into clear, executive-ready communications and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in change management or technology transformation, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in change management, communications, technology transformation, or related discipline.
• Ability to develop clear, executive-ready communications for a range of audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communications plans for technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
• Manage the development and publication of technology newsletters and other communications.
• Create executive-ready presentations and communications for Technology leadership, ELT, and Board materials.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate business communications with cross-functional teams.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and adoption needs; identify barriers and interventions.
• Maintain communications calendars, messaging plans, and related deliverables.
