Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Technology Change Management & Communications, to lead change efforts for DePuy Synthes technology initiatives. You will create compelling communications for executives, develop adoption strategies, and partner across IT and business teams to translate complex technology updates into clear messaging.

The role emphasizes structured change-management practices, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support across global teams, with travel up to 10–20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in change management, communications, technology transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption for technology or digital initiatives.
• Strong written/verbal communication and executive-facing material development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communications plans for technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change-impact and readiness activities, communications, and reinforcement.
• Manage development and publication of Technology newsletters and other recurring communications on IT priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and communications for Technology leadership, including ELT and Board materials.
