Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an IT Senior Manager, Technical Product Manager - Global Brand Protection to be based in New Brunswick, NJ, Raritan, NJ, Titusville NJ or Horsham, PA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in technology, engineering, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise products/portfolios in regulated environments.
• Experience translating business problems into product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for Global Brand Protection.
• Translate business and investigator needs into integrated solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance, and user experience.
• Own strategy, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle health of key applications, ensuring reliable operations.
• Provide interim oversight of Aviation portfolio, ensuring roadmap delivery and continuity.
• Partner with leadership to document portfolio ownership and transition knowledge.
• Build measurable value cases across patient safety, product integrity, and revenue protection.
• Lead discovery, intake, backlog refinement, and data-driven prioritization.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering, data, and security to deliver secure, compliant capabilities.
• Apply AI/ML/GenAI responsibly to accelerate authentication, insights, and risk detection.
• Establish governance, release-readiness, adoption, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and delivery risks; communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Support interim Aviation leadership during transition.
• Monitor external trends to inform strategy and identify value opportunities.
