Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in change management, communications, technology transformation, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption for technology/digital initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling communications for executive stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across Technology, business, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with structured change-management methods such as Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communications plans for technology initiatives.
• Publish Technology newsletters and other recurring communications on IT priorities and milestones.
• Create executive-ready presentations for Technology leadership and Board discussions.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate business communications.
• Assess stakeholder impact, readiness, and adoption needs across programs.
• Maintain communications calendars and deliverables for Technology initiatives.
• Track measures of reach, engagement, readiness, and adoption to guide support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver communications consistently.
