Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–8 years supporting business systems and technology operations.
• Experience with ATS/CRM/ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company’s technology ecosystem and data reporting.
• Lead ATS/CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop dashboards, BI reports and KPIs for leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT providers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive cybersecurity coordination and AI initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance and contract renewals.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
