Time Zone: Preference for Eastern Time Zone to support global clients

We are seeking Senior Technical Analysts with ATS integration experience to support enterprise clients implementing recruiting technology integrations. This role will focus on helping organizations successfully implement and troubleshoot integrations between their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external recruiting platforms.

This is a highly client-facing role where you will partner directly with Talent Acquisition and IT teams to guide them through integration implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to clients during integration planning and rollout
• Work directly with Talent Acquisition and IT teams to troubleshoot integration issues
• Help clients configure and validate ATS integrations
• Identify root causes of integration failures and guide resolution
• Translate recruiting workflows and business requirements into integration configurations
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Provide clear communication and updates throughout the integration lifecycle
• Escalate complex technical issues to internal engineering teams when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting ATS or HRIS platforms
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or similar ATS platforms
• Experience supporting system integrations or technical implementations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with enterprise clients in a consultative capacity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Recruiting
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, or XML
• Experience supporting enterprise HR technology integrations
