Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ATS platforms (e.g., Avionté, Bullhorn, TempWorks).
• Develop reports and dashboards to support recruiting and operations.
• Evaluate AI vendors and products for recruiting, staffing, and operational use cases.
• Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support and IT helpdesk duties.
• Document findings, risks, and recommendations for leadership.
