Job summary

Lamar Consolidated ISD in Rosenberg, TX, seeks a Technology Bond Project Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, and management of district technology bond projects. You will handle budgets, schedules, and documentation, and serve as the central contact for stakeholders, vendors, and district leadership.

You will ensure timely execution, maintain project records, generate status reports, and support future bond planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years coordinating technology projects or related activities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technology bond projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain and publish project updates and documentation using district-approved platforms.
• Prepare and submit regular status reports, including cost projections, schedules, and progress summaries.
• Coordinate with district leadership, campus administrators, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Track and review change orders, enter orders into the bond project management software, and maintain accurate project records.
