Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years' experience in design and construction management.
• Experience managing large commercial or institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple bond projects with district staff, architects and engineers.
• Coordinate budgeting, design, bidding and contract processes for large projects.
• Ensure construction documents meet District standards and education specifications.
• Monitor budgets and schedule; report progress to stakeholders.
