• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction Studies (preferred) or equivalent work experience; verifiable on application.

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Planning & Construction Department.
• Oversee bond and construction projects and activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors on project execution.
