Alliantgroup LP is seeking a Talent Incubator Manager to build and operate our technology apprenticeship program in Houston. You will own the apprentice experience from demand planning through onboarding, mentorship, and project execution.

This hands-on leadership role combines program management, recruiting coordination, communications, and process development. You will mentor apprentices, collaborate with technology leaders, and ensure a high-quality learning experience with measurable

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing programs, projects, or training initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear documentation.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for effective stakeholder communication.
• Proven organizational ability to manage multiple activities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Ability to develop processes, establish structure, and implement improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end apprenticeship program, including structure, operating model, schedules, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate project assignments, mentor availability, team capacity, and program timelines.
• Establish goals, metrics, and feedback mechanisms for apprentices and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute recruiting coordination with universities, recruiters, and technology leaders.
• Design and manage onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development experiences.
• Maintain program documentation, templates, and knowledge resources.
