Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC is seeking an Early Talent Program Specialist to partner with the Director of Talent Strategy & Analytics to design and run apprenticeship, internship, and technical school recruiting programs. You will manage day-to-day program execution, coordinate across partner markets, and ensure compliant onboarding and tracking.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in early career recruiting or workforce program coordination.
Experience with apprenticeship, internship, or campus-to-corporate pipelines.
Ability to coordinate multi-site or multi-partner programs.

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day execution of apprenticeship and internship programs.
Recruit candidates for apprenticeship and internship programs.
Coordinate across partner apprenticeship markets and track compliance.
Support administration under apprenticeship standards and program budgets.
Maintain program documentation, onboarding materials, and playbooks.
Track KPIs such as offer acceptance rate and time-to-fill.
